1. Purpose of the Website

The Site serves to promote economic growth, local business visibility, civic engagement, agriculture, and community vitality across Muleshoe, Bailey County, and surrounding West Texas communities. It provides access to the Muleshoe Business Directory, community events, civic news, local job listings, and Chamber membership opportunities.

2. Use of Site and Permitted Activities

  • Use any automated device, script, robot, spider, or routine to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
  • Impersonate any person, business, Chamber representative, or civic entity.

3. Member Directory, Job Postings, and Community Submissions

A. Accuracy of Submitted Information

Businesses, organizations, and individuals submitting listings, advertisements, job postings, or event notices represent and warrant that all information submitted is accurate, current, lawful, and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

B. Editorial Discretion

The Chamber reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any directory listing, job post, event submission, or announcement that violates these Terms, contains inaccurate information, or is deemed incompatible with the Chamber's civic mission.

C. No Employment Endorsement or Guarantee

The Chamber provides the Current Jobs section as a free community resource. The Chamber is not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency for third-party listings. We do not screen, endorse, or verify job applicants or prospective employers, and we make no guarantees regarding hiring, working conditions, or compensation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, digital downloads, and page designs—is the property of the Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture, its licensors, or featured local businesses, protected under applicable United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • "Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture," the Chamber logo, and related local branding marks may not be used in connection with any unauthorized product or service without prior written consent.
  • Pete the Mule and National Mule Memorial references and imagery are part of local civic history and municipal heritage and may not be reproduced for unauthorized commercial gain.
