Posting policy
Updated October 22, 2026
Business members can post events, news, jobs and deals on the Chamber website. These rules keep the site useful and fair for every member and for the people who read it.
What you can post
- Post only for your own business, the one linked to your Chamber login.
- Jobs must be real openings at your business.
- Deals must be offers your business actually honors, with clear terms and dates.
- Events must be ones your business hosts or co-hosts.
- News should be about your business: openings, new products or services, awards, hires, community work.
What you can't post
- Content promoting another business that isn't yours, or a business that isn't a Chamber member.
- Political campaign or election content.
- Adult, hateful or discriminatory content, or anything illegal.
- Misleading offers, "get rich" schemes, multi-level marketing or pyramid-style recruiting.
- Personal information about other people.
Limits
- Each business can have up to 5 jobs, 3 deals and 4 upcoming events live at a time, and post up to 2 news articles a month.
- Up to 3 new posts a day across all types.
- Jobs come down after 30 days and deals when they end, unless you renew them. News leaves the main News page after 90 days and stays on your business listing.
- Please don't post the same thing again while it's live, or within 30 days after it ends. Use Renew or edit the post instead.
- Use your own photos or graphics, uploaded through the portal. Keep links to a few, and no link shorteners.
How the Chamber applies this policy
- The Chamber may edit, hide or remove any post, and will tell you why when a post is removed.
- If two of your posts are removed within 90 days, your future posts will need Chamber approval before they go live. The Chamber director can lift this.
- The Chamber can pause posting for a business that keeps breaking these rules.
- Posts are hidden while a membership is inactive and come back when it's renewed.
